The Lithuania National Contact Point (NCP) hosted an excellent workshop on the initiative of Norway and Denmark’s NCP in Vilnius, 5-6th September. Participants were NCPs from the Nordic-Baltic countries: Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Latvia and Lithuania. Focus on the seminar was how to fulfil the core criteria of NCPs: Institutional arrangements with dedicated staff and budget, Rules of Procedure for the NCPs, website and activities to promote the OECD guidelines.
