Cand jur, University of Oslo. Elgesem also holds a Master of Laws degree from King´s College, University of London. Elgesem is judge of the Borgarting Court of Appeal. Elgesem has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, both from the Attorney general for Civil Affairs and the law firms Hjort and Thommessen. He was admitted to the Supreme Court´s Bar in 1995. As a lawyer he has ben an advisor to central Norwegian companies on compliance issues with focus on business and human rights, anti-corruption and competition law. He has been member and leader of the Human Rights Committee of the Bar Associations and is member of the Human Rights committee of the Association of Norwegian judges. He has written the book “Business and Human Rights” (in Norwegian) together with Njål Høstmælingen. Elgesem has been a member of the NCP since March 2014.

Elgesem was appointed chair of Norway’s NCP 1. March 2019.

Master of Science MSc, Norwegian University of Science and Tecnology NTNU, in industrial economy and tecnhology managment.  Dehli  works in Cognite. She previously worked for Footstep.no, and has been director of sustainability at Nordic Choice Hotels. She has vast experience in working with sustainability, product and concept development to strategic sustainability development and implementation within companies such as IKEA, Nordic Choice Hotels and HÅG and with suppliers, business partners and NGOs (i.e. EAT, WWF, UNICEF).

She is a chairman of the board of Fairtrade Norway, and board member in Norwegian Fashion Hub.

Beate Ekeløve-Slydal is cand.polit. in political science. She works as a political advisor at Amnesty International Norway where human rights and responsible business conduct is among her key areas. She has more than twenty years’ experience with this area. She lecturers at universities and colleges, is in dialogue with companies, and lobby Norwegian and foreign authorities in respect to business’ responsibility to respect human rights. She is co-editor of the book “Menneskerettigheter: en innføring” , an introduction to human rights, which is translated to five languages.

Cand jur. University of Oslo. Granden is special adviser in the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO), division for negotiation and HSE. She has previously been adviser to LOs division for working life, industry and commerce, and adviser in the Ministry of Labour in the division for the working environment. She is author of several books on topics related to unioin representatives, board committees, adjustment processes and corporate social responsibility. She is a member of the Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC) to the OECD.
